This belt features a 3rd Generation heavy-duty, high-twist Aramid Fiber cord designed to meet HIGH HORSEPOWER TENSILE LOAD requirements, making it the strongest belt on the market, surpassing even our EX and Sand Storm lines. With the highest shock load rating to date, it can withstand the power of 400hp machines. The increased top cog pressure load design enhances sidewall rigidity, preventing top cog bowing, while still allowing for increased rotational flexibility. The bottom cog utilizes a HIGH MODULOUS RUBBER COMPOUND (BZX1) for better heat resistance and dissipation, and is impregnated with short Aramid Fibers to improve belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduce overall belt temperature. The latest bottom cog design offers greater rotational efficiency at full shift. The precision-ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) ensures smooth engagement, increased power transfer, and lower operating belt temperature. The Aramid Fiber cord, as opposed to polyester, wraps over the bottom cogs for increased bottom cog strength and enhanced cord pop-out resistance.
