It features a 3rd Generation heavy-duty, high-twist Kevlar Fiber cord for HIGH HORSEPOWER TENSILE LOAD requirements, making it the strongest belt on the market, surpassing even the company's EX and Sand Storm lines.
The belt's Highest shock load rating allows it to withstand the power of 400hp machines. The increased top cog pressure load design enhances sidewall rigidity and prevents top cog bowing, while still allowing for increased rotational flexibility. The bottom cog uses a HIGH MODULUS RUBBER COMPOUND (BZX1) for better heat resistance and heat dissipation, and is impregnated with short Kevlar Fibers, resulting in better belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduced overall belt temperature.
The latest bottom cog design provides greater rotational efficiency at full shift, and the precision ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) ensures smooth engagement, increased power transfer, and lower operating belt temperature. The Kevlar Fiber cord, instead of polyester, wraps over the bottom cogs for increased bottom cog strength and increased cord pop-out resistance.
